Welcome to Humble Police Association. The H.P.A. is open to all employee's of the Humble Police Department. 

Our Mission

The Humble Police Association is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Our goals are to sponsor city youth programs, provide college scholarships to students, have a benevolence fund for fallen officers, and help support our officers and members who need immediate financial assistance due to dire medical needs. Our funds are obtained through donations, which can be mailed to:
